I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy is a relationship between counselor and client, and is extremely personal as well as dependent on circumstances. I strive to ensure progress and change is continual, whether we work together for a month or years. I will also make recommendations that will be beneficial to your overall success, even if that might be pausing therapy or finding a better fit elsewhere.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Adam’s State University, a CACREP accredited institution, in 2022. Since graduation I have pursued many trainings for depression, grief, panic attacks, Autism and ADHD, LGBTQIA+ specific struggles, play therapy for all ages, mindfulness, and more.
