A creative approach to name, frame, and explore your inner world and lived experiences. IFS is a form of therapy that views the mind as a system of Parts with distinct experiences, feelings, perceptions, and insights. If you have ever felt torn about a decision or suddenly emotional without knowing why, you have experienced Parts making themselves known.

Using nature to ground and heal, both during and in-between our appointments. In the session I will invite us to go outside, walk in the park or sit in the grass during our time together. I will also bring in natural elements into the office space, including sensory objects and grounding tools to bring the mind and body into connection.

I am trained to partner with you and your medical team to support you before and after being in a altered state. KAP can help prepare you ahead of your experience and help integrate your findings afterwards.
I am partnered with Nomad Therapeutics to provide a safe, warm space to explore your altered-state experiences. I do not administer Ketamine or work with those using mind-altering substances recreationally. If you or someone you know needs support with substance misuse, please seek the nearest emergency department or contact a local crisis line.
